Joann Carter, aged 78, was found dead on August 21, 2021, in her home in Leesburg, FL. The Lake County Sheriff's Office reported that Joann and her husband, Glenn Carter, 80, were discovered by their daughter, Lisa West, who went to check on them after being unable to reach them by phone.
