On June 26, 2004, Ronald Banks, aged 38, was murdered in Leesburg, Florida. Banks was found in the parking lot next to his residence on East Dixie Avenue, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses reported seeing a light-colored Mercury Grand Marquis with dark tinted windows fleeing the area shortly after the shooting.
