Death by Force

In the winter of 2015, the life of 32-year-old David Shorter was abruptly and violently cut short in Green Bay, Wisconsin. On the evening of December 3rd, what began as a verbal dispute over a burglary escalated into a fatal confrontation. Shorter, a male resident of the city, had been engaged in heated phone calls throughout the day with Antwon Powell.
