On the evening of May 1, 2021, a tragic shooting unfolded at the Duck Creek Restaurant inside the Oneida Casino/Radisson Conference Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, claiming the life of 35-year-old Jacob Todd Bartel, a White male. Bartel, a server at the Radisson for fourteen years, was at a wait station when a gunman opened fire. Another employee, Ian Simpson, was also killed in the attack, and a third, Daniel Mulligan, was seriously injured.
