In the early morning hours of June 22, 2026, the life of 18-year-old Emerald G. Metoxen was tragically cut short in a shooting on the 2400 block of Deckner Avenue in Green Bay, Wisconsin. A male of Oneida heritage, Emerald was found unresponsive in the street by police officers who were dispatched to the scene following a weapons call.
