In Green Bay, Wisconsin, a young Hispanic man named Brandon X. Ramirez, aged 21, was fatally shot on August 7, 2024. The incident that led to his death is believed to have occurred in the 1200 block of Berner Street. Following the shooting, Ramirez was privately transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Despite medical efforts, Brandon Ramirez succumbed to his wounds two days later on August 9, 2024.
His death was quickly ruled a homicide, prompting an intensive investigation by the Green Bay Police Department. In the weeks that followed, law enforcement officials made a series of arrests in connection with the fatal shooting.
The investigation led to the apprehension of four male suspects: Darian Pinchart, Dion Richardson, Nigel White, and Elijah White. Pinchart, an 18-year-old from Green Bay, turned himself in to authorities. In a further development, Rosemary Williams was also arrested and charged with being party to felony murder, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, and obstructing an officer, bringing the total number of individuals facing charges in the case to five.
