In the late summer of 2021, a young White / Caucasian man's life was tragically cut short over a dispute that began in a barber's chair. Andre Sandoval, a 21-year-old male from Sturtevant, Wisconsin, was fatally shot on August 28, 2021, outside of Angel's Beauty Salon in nearby Mount Pleasant.
