Elton Brackins, a 20-year-old resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on September 27, 2021, in a double shooting incident near 13th and Locust. The shooting occurred after what police described as a fight. Brackins was not the intended target but was struck multiple times and succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. The incident also left a 32-year-old man injured, though he survived.
