Richard Harris

In the early morning hours of March 10, 2015, the life of 56-year-old Richard Harris, an African-American male, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Harris was discovered outside a residence near the intersection of 20th and Melvina, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds. The Milwaukee Police Department was called to the scene at approximately 5:20 a.m. and immediately launched a homicide investigation into the shooting.
