On an otherwise ordinary Monday afternoon, April 15, 2024, the life of 32-year-old Tamario Williams Sr., a Black/African American male from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was tragically cut short. Williams had gone to the Changing Lanes Tire Shop, located near the intersection of 57th and Center Streets, with the simple intention of buying a tire.
