In the light of a midday autumn sky, a life was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Cortez Leflore-Randolph, a 26-year-old Black/African American man, was shot and killed on October 20, 2022. The fatal encounter unfolded near the intersection of 95th and Sheridan, where an argument escalated to a point of no return, ending in gunfire.
