Christopher Neal, a 24-year-old Black/African American man, was shot and killed in an act of violence that has left his family and community searching for answers. The incident unfolded near the intersection of 14th and Atkinson, a location nestled between a church and a bar, where Neal was shot six times. He succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital.
