Richard S. Ortiz-Robles, a 28-year-old Black/African American man, was fatally shot during the early morning hours of April 19, 2026, on Milwaukee's south side. Police were called at about 1:40 a.m. to the area of South 13th Street, where the shooting occurred outside the Punta Cana Bar near Burnham and Rogers streets.
