In the early hours of April 19, 2026, a family dispute outside a Milwaukee bar escalated into a tragedy that ended the life of 28-year-old Richard S. Ortiz-Robles. Ortiz-Robles, a Hispanic man born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, was a local aspiring Reggaetón singer known as Tronko Ntn. The fatal encounter unfolded just before 2 a.m. in the 2000 block of South 13th Street, outside the Punta Caña Bar.
