On the cold evening of January 9, 2018, the life of Titus Pitts, a 45-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The fatal incident unfolded near the intersection of 6th and Burleigh, a place that would become the final scene of his life's story.
