In the early hours of a Saturday morning, the life of 25-year-old Kenneth Omar Irizarry-Pardo was tragically cut short. On August 5, 2023, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a burst of gunfire echoed near the intersection of 15th and Orchard streets, forever altering the lives of two families. When police responded to the scene at approximately 1:15 a.m., they discovered Mr. Irizarry-Pardo suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. He was not alone in this tragedy.
