On a Friday morning in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 54-year-old James Jackson was tragically cut short. On September 8, 2023, gunshots rang out near 34th and Juneau Avenue, leaving two men fatally wounded. Jackson was one of the victims in what became a double homicide investigation.
