In the late hours of a Friday night in Milwaukee, the life of a young African-American man, 23-year-old Felix Walls, was tragically cut short. On May 29, 2009, Walls was driving in the vicinity of North 74th Street when he was fatally shot. The gunshot wound caused him to lose control of his vehicle, which then crashed.
