On a warm evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on May 07, 2015, William Dandy, a 32-year-old African-American man, was on the porch of his girlfriend's house. At approximately 10:40 p.m., in the 2700 block of N. 50th St., near W. Center St., a sudden eruption of gunfire shattered the night's calm.
