On the night of April 20, 2015, a violent altercation inside a car traveling on Interstate 894 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, ended the life of 25-year-old Randall Radtke, a White male. Radtke was shot in the head during an argument with an acquaintance. His body was later found dumped outside a house in the 800 block of W. Hayes Ave. on Milwaukee's south side shortly before 11 p.m., where he was pronounced dead at the scene.
