Milwaukee, WI - Prarie Kelly, a 32-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the evening of Wednesday, April 27, 2016. The incident occurred at approximately 10:40 p.m. in the 4000 block of N. 29th St. in Milwaukee.
Responding to a call, Milwaukee police officers discovered Kelly at the scene suffering from a serious gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention, the gravity of his injuries proved fatal. He was pronounced dead at the location of the shooting.
