In the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a life was tragically cut short on the evening of October 12, 2024. Edward V. Allen Jr., a 27-year-old Black / African American male, was fatally shot in what authorities have described as a double shooting. The incident unfolded on the 4900 block of North 39th Street, a residential area that became the scene of a somber investigation. When paramedics arrived, they made every effort to save Allen, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
