Michael Anthony Neal, aged 41, tragically lost his life on May 26, 2018, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred during an altercation between Neal and Charles Richard, a 21-year-old man. According to reports, Neal had gone to Richard's house to speak with him around 10 p.m. The situation escalated when Richard, feeling threatened, retrieved a gun from his kitchen and confronted Neal outside his home near 26th and Roosevelt.
