Laron D. Bynum, an 18-year-old from Milwaukee, was tragically shot and killed on July 22, 2022, in Madison, Wisconsin. The incident occurred on Madison's north side, where Bynum was found inside a stolen vehicle at the intersection of Vahlen Street and North Sherman Avenue. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Dane County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed that Bynum died from homicidal firearm-related trauma.
