A 24-year-old man died after being shot outside a Phoenix bar early Monday morning, police said.

That man has been identified as Juan Roman Saenz.

The shooting happened just after 2 a.m. outside Hideaway Lounge, near Thomas Road and 32nd Street, according to Phoenix police Sgt. Alan Pfohl.

Officers arrived to find three men with gunshot wounds.

Saenz had critical injuries and was later pronounced dead at a local hospital, Pfohl said.
