In the spring of 2025, a tragic event unfolded in west Phoenix that cut short the life of Brad Wayne Neel, a 54-year-old male. On the evening of Thursday, April 24, 2025, at approximately 9:26 p.m., Phoenix Police officers were dispatched to the area of 5100 West Latham Street following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Brad Neel suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
