On February 25, 2018, David Sandoval, a 44-year-old male of Hispanic / Latino ethnicity from Phoenix, Arizona, was fatally shot in the parking lot outside T&A Cabaret, a strip club on South Central Avenue in south Phoenix. News reports and later case summaries indicate that the violence unfolded in the very early hours of Sunday morning, around 2 a.m., after a night out at the club.
