In the winter of 2021, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. On February 5th, 26-year-old Ricky Garza was killed in a shooting at an apartment complex in the city. The incident prompted an investigation by the Phoenix police, who treated the case as a homicide.
