In a tragic encounter on a Phoenix street, 23-year-old Andrew Austin, a White male, lost his life. The fatal incident unfolded around 4:50 p.m. on April 15, 2022, near the intersection of 43rd and Dunlap avenues. According to police reports, Mr. Austin was approached by three men who offered to sell him fentanyl. When he declined their offer, the interaction escalated violently, and he was shot.
