Death by Force

Ja'Cory Ranger, a 28-year-old Black / African American man, was found shot to death in a home near 5600 S 13th Place in south Phoenix on June 25, 2018. The discovery was made around 4:45 p.m., when police were called to the residence. Inside, they found Ranger and another man, 35-year-old Ricky Elam Jr., both deceased from gunshot wounds.
