In the spring of 2021, a life was tragically cut short in Madison, Wisconsin. Isiah T. Davis, a 23-year-old Black / African American male, was the victim of a fatal shooting on the evening of Saturday, April 3rd. The incident occurred just before 9:30 p.m. on Park Street.
