Jason I. Eggleston, a 30-year-old Black/African American male, tragically lost his life on the night of October 31, 2020, in what became a grim Halloween evening on the west side of Madison, Wisconsin. The incident, which unfolded around 10:30 p.m. on Arden Lane, was a violent outburst of gunfire that left two others, a 15-year-old and a 19-year-old, with non-life-threatening injuries.
