On a summer evening in Madison, Wisconsin, the life of 18-year-old Dembo Jammeh, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On June 30, 2020, Jammeh was found in the parking lot of a Red Roof Inn. He had been shot and was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
