In the autumn of 2017, the life of Dewayne A. Larkin, a 30-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Flint, Michigan. On the evening of Thursday, October 5, 2017, Larkin was discovered with a gunshot wound to his chest. The incident unfolded at the Mass Transportation Authority Transit Center, located at the intersection of Harrison and 2nd streets in the downtown area of the city.
