In the spring of 2018, the life of a charismatic and talented young man, Fulton Raylon Bibbs, was tragically cut short in Flint, Michigan. On the night of May 12th, the 17-year-old was a passenger in an SUV parked in the lot of a local liquor store when the sound of gunfire shattered the evening. Struck by a bullet, Fulton was rushed to a nearby hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries, passing away on what some sources report as May 12th and others as May 13th, 2018.
