In the quiet suburbs of Federal Way, Washington, a life full of promise was tragically cut short on the evening of February 13, 2016. Wesley D. Gennings, a 16-year-old Black/African American male, was found fatally shot in his vehicle in a Taco Bell parking lot on Southwest Campus Drive.
