On a summer evening in Tukwila, just south of Seattle, 18-year-old Bryan Dominguez-Navarro, a male of Hispanic ethnicity, was fatally shot on August 14, 2016. The incident unfolded in the parking lot of the La Rochelle Apartments during what was supposed to be a marijuana transaction. Dominguez-Navarro, accompanied by a 23-year-old friend, had arranged to sell a half-pound of marijuana to a man later identified as Treston D. Baladez-Carrillo.
