Marvin Gibbs, a 19-year-old from Fallsburg, New York, was last seen on March 29, 1985. On the night of his disappearance, Gibbs was riding a Short Line bus and was reportedly dropped off near the Delmar Hotel in Loch Sheldrake at around 9 p.m. A witness saw him walking in the direction of Liberty while carrying a burgundy Nike duffel bag, but this was the last confirmed sighting of him.
At the time, he was wearing a red baseball cap, a blue jacket, brown pants, and possibly a rust-colored sweater.
Gibbs, who lived with his mother on Main Street in Fallsburg, has been missing under unclear circumstances ever since. There have been no significant leads or developments in his case, and investigators have classified it as an endangered missing case.
