Edward Ratynski, aged 53, was last seen on December 13, 2007, leaving his home in Fallsburg, New York. His neighbor observed him walking away from his residence on La Vista Drive, possibly heading to Conklin Pond to check the thickness of the ice, as Ratynski was an avid fisherman. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black jeans, and white sneakers.
