Bernard Thomas Nelson, aged 58, went missing from Clarksville, Tennessee, on March 15, 2017. He was known to be homeless at the time and frequently panhandled on Madison Street. His family reported him missing about a month after he was last seen. Nelson, who is partially blind and hard of hearing, also has significant disabilities, including a missing part of his right middle finger and faded tattoos on his forearms.
