In the quiet, rural town of Hay, Washington, the tranquility was shattered on the morning of August 8, 2017, by a tragic event that claimed the life of 66-year-old Dennis Moore. The male victim was found deceased at his home alongside his wife, in what authorities would later describe as a murder-suicide.
