On a late summer day in Greenbush, Maine, the life of 39-year-old Linda Grindal, a female, came to a tragic and violent end. On September 3, 2000, she was fatally shot by her husband, Robert Grindal, who was also 39 years old. The event was a grim example of domestic violence culminating in a murder-suicide, as Robert took his own life after killing his wife.
