In the late summer of 2008, the quiet community of Alger, Washington, was shattered by a wave of violence that tragically claimed the life of 64-year-old White male, Leroy Lange. On September 2nd, Lange was driving his SUV on Interstate 5, returning from a visit with his son, when his path fatefully crossed with that of a troubled 28-year-old man named Isaac Zamora.
