On a summer evening in Renton, Washington, the life of 34-year-old Aaron Coe, a Black male, was cut short by gunfire. On July 9, 2022, police responded to reports of a shooting in the 200 block of Williams Avenue South. Upon their arrival, they discovered Coe unconscious and bleeding from multiple gunshot wounds.
