On the evening of April 24, 2025, a quiet townhouse community in Newcastle, Washington, became the scene of a heart-wrenching family tragedy. Inside a home in the 7000 block of 129th Street, law enforcement discovered the bodies of three individuals, including 14-year-old Dhruva Kikkeri. The young male, of Indian descent, was found to have died from a gunshot wound to the head, a death that the medical examiner would later rule a homicide.
