On November 26, 2023, 23-year-old Marqell Braezeale-Johnson of Renton, Washington, tragically lost his life to gun violence. The King County Medical Examiner identified Braezeale-Johnson as the homicide victim who was dropped off at Valley Medical Center in Renton at approximately 4:30 a.m. on that Sunday. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the head.
