In the late summer of 2013, the community of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, was shaken by the violent and untimely death of 20-year-old Antwain De’Vontez Poindexter. A Black/African American male, Poindexter, who was also known by the nickname 'Tweezy Montana,' became the victim of a fatal shooting on the last day of August.
