Desmond Lamar Leavell, a 29-year-old Black male from Hopkinsville, Kentucky, was found deceased on Sunday, June 17, 2018. Known to his friends and family as 'Eazy Tha Great,' Leavell's life was cut short in what the authorities would quickly deem a homicide. His family had reported him missing on June 15, two days before his body was discovered. The day after he was reported missing, his vehicle was found with blood inside, escalating the concern for his well-being.
