In the quiet town of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, the life of a 70-year-old Black man named Calvin Taylor was brought to a violent and tragic end. On the morning of October 13, 2020, police responded to a call of shots fired on North Kentucky Avenue. Inside a home, they made a grim discovery. Calvin 'Cue' Taylor was found deceased, his mouth and arm bound with duct tape. An autopsy would later reveal he had been shot three times, twice in the abdomen and once in the back of the head.
