In the spring of 2018, a tragedy unfolded in the city of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, that claimed the life of 38-year-old male police officer Phillip Meacham. On the afternoon of March 29th, Meacham, though off-duty, became suspicious of a vehicle equipped with flashing blue lights.
