In the early morning hours of August 11, 2019, in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, a verbal argument inside a vehicle escalated to a fatal conclusion for 25-year-old Terrill Moore. Moore, a male, was a passenger in the car, traveling near the McHenry Street apartments when the dispute with another passenger turned violent.
